Limited Possession

Consumers who are 21 years old and above can purchase up to 28.5 g of flower and 8g of cannabis concentrates and edibles. On the other hand, for medicinal use, the consumer can buy up to 226.8g of dried cannabis or concentrate.

At Smokeland, the recreational using adult can purchase 28.5 grams of flower and 8 grams of concentrate per day. This does NOT apply to MMIC card holders as they can purchase more.

Allowed in Delivery Vehicle

Permissible last 2021, cannabis delivery drivers can only carry up to $10,000 worth of cannabis products. This is the reason why customers can order more weed and businesses gain more profit. However, before an order is received or processed by a licensed retailer, the value of the cannabis products must be limited to $5,000.
