What do you require to place an order?
All first time customers must register on smoakland.com and fill out our signup form. You will need to submit a clear picture of the front of your ID to complete your first order. You must show a valid ID when your driver is making their delivery that confirms your age and identity. All new users must be at least 21 years old. Expired IDs will not be accepted.
How do I place an order?
Visit Smoakland.com and log into your account enter your delivery address. The menu of all available products in your area will be displayed. Select the item(s) you wish to purchase and click “Add to Cart”. Once you are ready to check-out, please click on view cart to review your order and move to check-out. If you are ready to finalize your order, please click on the cart icon and verify your order details, phone number and delivery address. When you have any special “Delivery Instructions”, please add them into the box.
What if I need to change my order?
Once an order is placed, you are unable to modify or change it. Next day orders or appointment deliveries can be modified, but please call or text us at 510-925-4420 at least 4 hours before your scheduled delivery time.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept payment in the form of cash. Delivery drivers do not carry change so you must make sure you have the exact amount at the time of delivery.
Is there an order minimum?
Minimum order for delivery is $29.99+tax and our delivery fee is $5.00\nFREE DELIVERY on all orders above $55+tax.
What's the earliest/latest you will take orders?
Our hours of operation are 7:00am-10pm PST. We continue taking orders after hours for next day delivery. Please place your order on smoakland.com and specify your preferred delivery window for the following day in the “Special Delivery Instructions” box. Please allow a 2 hour window. Please note that a representative will call you in the morning to confirm order details and address before delivery.
Are your products lab tested?
Yes, all of our products are lab tested and are in compliance with California's Bureau of Cannabis Control.
What types of products do you sell?
We have a variety of indoor and outdoor flower from Smoakland and other brands. We carry vape carts, concentrates, edibles, and CBD products. All are lab tested and are compliant with California’s Bureau of Cannabis Control
What is the difference between Organix and Exotix?
Our Smoakland Organix are premium sungrown flowers, commonly known as outdoor flowers. Our Organix are sourced from Northern and Southern regions of California. Our latest strains come from Yolo, Humboldt, Trinity, and Santa Barbara Counties. These areas are known to have some of the richest soil in the state. Smoakland Exotix are premium top shelf flowers. Each strain is grown in a more controlled environment and harvested at its peak to yield the highest potency and quality of our flower.

How long does it take for my delivery?
Our average delivery time is 45 to 90 minutes. If a driver is running late they will text you an update with their estimated delivery time.
