What is a Service Fee
The Service Fees are designed to cover the costs associated with customer service and order fulfillment. When a customer places an order via phone, our team works diligently to pick, pack, and deliver the items. These fees are non-refundable and apply to all orders placed via phone to ensure the smooth and efficient processing of each purchase.
Are there any other fees associated with using the card reader?
Any other fees charged to the customer are from their own banking institution. The only fees associated with the card reader are the $3.50 fee per charge and the rounding up of orders to the nearest $5 increment to accommodate the ATM withdrawal process.
How can I pay for my order?
